We recommend booking as soon as you know your date, especially for weekends and holidays. Many clients reserve their spot 4–8 weeks in advance. Last-minute dates may be available, but they depend on our schedule, so it’s always best to reach out early.

Every event is custom, so pricing depends on the design, size of the setup, location, and any structures or rentals needed. Once you share your date, venue, and inspiration, we’ll send a clear, itemized quote so you know exactly what’s included.

We can do both. If you like structure, you can choose from suggested setups. If you have a very specific idea or theme, we’ll design something tailored to your space, colors, and style. Most of our work ends up being a custom version of what our clients had in mind.

Yes. We deliver, install, and secure all decor so everything is ready before your guests arrive. For larger setups and rentals, we also schedule a teardown time after your event to remove structures and decor, so you don’t have to worry about the cleanup.

Absolutely. We regularly design for backyards, patios, and outdoor venues. We’ll guide you on what works best with weather, sun, wind, and timing, and we use proper weighting and techniques to help your setup look great and stay in place.
